Back To School

Back to School Bash

August 15, 2026 | 1–4 PM | M&M Marketplace, Hillsboro, OR

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the M&M Marketplace Back to School Bash!

What a great way to celebrate the end of summer and help local students get ready for a new school year. From school supplies and activities to soccer, music, fresh haircuts, and plenty of smiles, this day was all about bringing families together and supporting our community. The backpacks were ready, the kids were smiling, and those fresh haircuts definitely passed the first-day-of-school test.

A huge shoutout to the talented hairstylists who donated their time and skills to help boys and girls start the school year feeling confident: Annel’s Estilos, Flor Beauty Salon, Delmy’s Beauty Salon, D’Corazon, and Paraiso Estetica Unisex. Thank you for giving back and making the day even more special for our families.

We also want to thank our amazing sponsors for helping make this event possible: Unitus, OnPoint, Hillsboro Parks & Recreation, Hillsboro Futsal, My Happy Place Bar, M&L Jewelry, and WashCo Bikes. Your support helped us provide a fun and welcoming celebration for students and families throughout our community.

And of course, thank you to every volunteer, vendor, community partner, parent, and family who showed up and shared the day with us. Events like this happen because people come together, lend a hand, and support one another.
